"The Black Witch Collection"

Dark, elegant – but still BunBun!

Okay, Bunnies. Here you get the long awaited detailed introduction to our latest collection. As you already know from our last shop update (11/24), you can pre-order our Black Witch collection. And it's different to what you're used to from BunBun! Dark. Elegant. And inspired by the moth “Black Witch” (yes - it's real!). 

After all, our motto is “BunBun is for everyone” and that naturally includes lovers of the dark side! 🖤 

Why Limited Edition? 

From time to time we wanna get wild and like to test new product options as well as designs - this works best with limited editions! So if a new product like a backpack is well received by you in such a limited edition, then new products are more likely to be added to the shop in other colors and designs. 🌈

The Collection: 

1. Shoulder Bag

You're already familiar with our shoulder bags and mini bags, but this time both the inner lining and a second bag strap, as well as part of the faux leather are printed with the new design. That's new! Plus, this bag is made of 50% recycled faux leather for the first time (previously they were 100% faux leather - just not recycled) - baby steps towards more sustainability, also for planned bags in the future 🌿. In terms of quality, they're even better than before, and we have even chosen a new supplier for the raw material: The same material as the owl bag - thanks to your positive feedback! ✨

2. Backpack

  

  

And here we have another novelty - the first backpack in TheBunBunShop! 🥳 A new product like this always brings new challenges, as the prototype has to be completely designed from scratch (which is loads of work). We struggled with the proportions in particular (the front pocket was initially far too deep and looked like the Noot Noot penguin 😭) The side pockets were also originally made of a very firm material - we then swapped it for an elastic mesh, perfect for 500 ml water bottles. We also made sure that there was enough space for A4 books, a 12.9 inch Ipad and even a fully assembled Switch. 📚 We are super happy with the final outcome! It’s definitely our most spacious product to date!

Oops, we did it again: Two wallets in different sizes - two absolute novelties that are only available in this design in our shop. By the way, the moth cannot be removed if you are already spoiled by our Shoulder Bags, so hands off! 🫰🏼Large Notes or small cards - they are in good hands. 🛍️

4. Charms 

  

  

Of course, our new bags also need a whole range of new charms to complete the look. So you have a choice of a whopping 6 new designs, all in keeping with the theme of the collection! And of course they also fit the existing bags (the possibilities are endless...) The moth stands out a little because it's less playful, don't you think? (classy 🖤)

5. Mousepad (S & XL)

 

What is the best reason to expand your own range? Right - when you wanna use something yourself! 🤫 And mouse pads are simply always an eye-catcher, even if in this case it is abnormally difficult to decide which one to choose... As you can see in the product photos, there are two sizes with different thicknesses (S = 2mm, XL = 4mm). So suitable for large and small desks!

6. Throwblanket

Of course, one thing is a must in this collection: our cozy throw blanket! On the back side, the blanket is plain black, so you can switch it up to your liking. The size is also the same as the regular throwblankets in our shop (200cm x 150 cm), so it's big enough to wrap yourself up completely and snuggle up on the couch for some downtime! (In a mysterious way, of course...) 💜

We have made every effort to give as accurate an impression as possible of what the end products will look like. Hopefully it worked! But beware: light and colors may differ slightly, because the leather reflects the light a little more and we are still working on the finer details!
