Where is TheBunBunShop based?

  • We are based in Glücksburg, Northern Germany.

Does TheBunBunShop ship to me?

  • We do offer international shipping with very few expectations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Orders will be processed within 4-7 working days where after they are handed over to our shipping carrier. An order usually takes around 1-4 weeks to arrive but shipping times might vary depending on factors like location, custom clearance, weather or other factors that are outside of our control. Please read our Shipping Page for more information.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

  • After an order has been shipped you get an automated email sent to the email address you provided us with when placing your order. This email will also include the tracking number for your package.

I have an unanswered question. How do I best reach out to you?

  • You can reach out to us via our contact form or by writing us an email to info@thebunbunshop.com - If the question is in relation to an order, please make sure to include your order number in the email. (Your order number will look something like this: #1234)


The item I want to order is marked as "Pre-Order". What does this mean?

  • Pre-order items are products listed on TheBunBunShop that aren’t yet available. They can be purchased from the shop before their official release, giving you a guarantee of receiving the item in the near future. If you want to know more, please check out our Pre-Order Page

I want to cancel my order. How do I do so?

  • An order can be cancelled by reaching out to us via our contact form or our email info@thebunbunshop.com 

Can an order still be cancelled after I received my tracking number?

  • No, an order can not be cancelled after it has been shipped. Please make sure to cancel your order before receiving your shipping notification.

I want my order refunded. How do I do so?

My order didn't arrive and/or there is something wrong with my order. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have ran into an issues with your order from TheBunBunShop. If your order hasn't arrived, please remember that shipping times can take all the way up to 3 months to arrive.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the products for a return or exchange.
  • Return items MUST BE in original & unused/undamaged condition with original packaging and/or tags. Return items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.
  • If damage occurred during shipping please contact us immediately. If possible provide photo evidence & your post office contact information. We will gladly replace the damaged item.

What is a "flawed", "cosmetic defect" or "B/C Grade" product?

  • We use the words "flawed", "cosmetic defect" and "B/C Grade" interchangeably for products that are fully functional as intended but show signs of minor flaws in their design. These products can often be purchased at a discounted price to give them a new home instead of throwing them out. A lot of our customers don't mind the minor flaws and are happy to purchase these products at lower price. Doing this helps us to avert the negative environmental impact it would have throwing these products in the trash.
