The Black Witch Update Part 2

We wanted to give another update on the pre-orders of the Black Witch Collection

As some of you may have seen on social media or Discord, the Black Witch Collection finally arrived at the beginning of this week.

We’ve been doing quality control this week and started packing and shipping domestic orders this week.
All German orders will be shipped by 24 June.
After that, we will start shipping EU orders, followed by international orders.
All orders should be shipped by 27 June at the latest.

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number and will be sent automatically to the email address you provided us with when placing your order.

Please note that email support is currently slower than usual as we are focusing all our energy on fulfilling pre-orders.
Please only reach out if:

  • you need to change your delivery address
  • you want to cancel your order
  • you want to delay the shipment (due to vacation/not being at home) 

Make sure to reach out to us before you received your shipping confirmation including your tracking number. We cannot make changes to your order or address once your package has been sent out! 

Shipping: 

Make sure to read our shipping policy and estimate shipping times here.
Since, we are not the post office, it is within our customer’s responsibility to reach out to their local post office first if an issue might occurs. 

  • Please remember that we cannot influence shipping times once an order has been shipped.
  • Please also note that we are not responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be incurred. (Exception: US customers are advised to contact us via email if their package is subject to US tariffs. Please contact us and we will find a solution!)

If a package has to be resent due to an address error or because the customer did not pick it up, the shipping cost will have to be paid again.
Also, if an item gets damaged or lost, please reach out immediately so that we can find a solution for you.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of arrival, no questions asked. Customers have to cover the shipping fees and return the items to us in their original, unused condition. We will then refund the order amount excluding shipping.
  • Damaged items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of arrival. We'll cover the cost, but you'll need to show proof of damage.

This is all important information as of right now.
For anyone looking to buy the Black Witch Collection in future, please note that the items are a limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out.
Any leftover stock from the Black Witch Collection will be made available in our shop update on 27 June at 10 pm CEST.
