BunBun Shoulderbags Update
Hello everyone!
I would like to give an update on the BunBun Shoulderbag and Interchangeable Faces.

First of all: Thank you to everyone for supporting this project. This is something I have been working one for over a year and it feels amazing to be so close to the end! I honestly can't wait for everyone to receive their bags!
The update:
As mentioned on the product listing for both the BunBun Shoulder Bag and Interchangeable Faces the estimate shipping date was set to late September. I would like to inform you that this estimate shipping date is now slightly delayed.
The bags have reached my country but where held in custom for a while. After speaking with my manufacturer I now have confirmation that the bags have cleared customs and will be arriving with me in the next week (the first week of October).
Due to the supply chain crisis caused by the global pandemic there has been an increase in shipping delays and shortages. It has been a stressful time to navigate accurate dates for the arrival of my products. I sadly can't control nor influence shipping times but I would still like to sincerely apologize for making you wait longer than anticipated.
What happens next?
Once the BunBun Shoulderbags arrive with me, I will need 1-2 days for quality control and then start packing all orders. I will not be able to ship out all orders in one single day. If you have preordered a bag you can expect an email including your shipping confirmation and tracking number very soon.

I don't want my bag anymore?
Due to the delay I will be offering refunds to people who are unwilling to wait any longer for their bag and would like to cancel their order. I apologize for this inconvenience and invite you to reach out to me if you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please make sure to reach out via the contact form or write an email to thebunbunshop@gmail.com with your order number and full name. I will start the refund process within the next 3-5 business days.

If you would still like to receive your BunBun Shoulderbag and don't mind waiting a little bit longer, I can promise you it's coming soon! In that case, as mentioned, the next email you'll receive from the shop will include your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
