When i ordered my bag, i made the mistake to choose the wrong colour. I only noticed my mistake after the shipping confirmation arrived. Instantly i messaged the shop and asked for help regarding my mistake and they were so nice and helpful - swapping the bag out for the right colour and answering me in such a fast speed its honestly impressive! They made my day and im so happy with my black little bag! It might be smol but still fits a wallet, my phone (with bulky case), a book, keys and the usual necessities! If you ask yourself „do i want this bag?“ i can tell you: yes you do! GET IT 💸
