The bag arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. Once I got it in my hands, I couldn't stop but stare in awe at how beautiful it is. I got the dog shoulder bag but the photos really don't do it justice. It's way way way too pretty up close <3
After using it for some time, I must say it's one of the best bag that I bought. It holds quite a lot of stuff, it's comfy to wear.
